滋阴补肾、宁心安神法针刺治疗2型糖尿病心脏植物神经病变40例

摘　　要：将60例2型糖尿病心脏植物神经病变的患者随机分为针刺和对照两组。对照组20例以口服降糖药和/或胰岛素注射,弥可保注射液注射治疗;针刺组40例除以上治疗外以滋阴补肾、宁心安神法为治则,取穴内关、心俞、神门、三阴交。经治1个月后,针刺组的7个心血管反射试验指标改善,治疗前后差异显著;对照组无明显差异。针刺治疗本病方法简便有效,值得临床推广。cases of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in diabetes 2 were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases in the control group were treated with oral antihyperglycemic and/or insulin injection,methycobal injection.The other 40 cases were treated with nourish kidney-yin and tranquilize mind acupuncture methods in addition.After treatment for one month,the results of the 7 cardiovascular reflex tests were improved in acupuncture group,the differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment were significant.But,it was no difference in the control group.Acupuncture therapy is worthy to be popularized in the treatment of this disease.
