感冒疏风片的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:对感冒疏风片的主要药效作用进行研究。方法:通过小鼠扭体法疼痛模型、小鼠耳廓肿胀炎性模型、试管法体外抑菌试验、细菌内毒素兔子发热模型,观察感冒疏风片的镇痛、抗炎、抑菌、解热作用。结果:感冒疏风片可减少腹腔注射0.6%HAC所致小鼠扭体痛反应;可抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀;可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、肺炎球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的增殖生长;可抑制细菌内毒素所致兔子体温升高。结论:感冒疏风片具有镇痛、抗炎、抑菌、解热作用。Objective: To study the main pharmaceutical effect of cold dispelling wind tablet; Method: Use the pain model of mouse writhing test, (he inflammatory model of mouse auricular turgescent test, tube bacteriostatic test in vitro and the rabbit fever model of bacterial endotoxin to observe the pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and fever-subsiding effect of the cold dispelling wind tablet; Result: The cold dispelling wind tablet can relieve the mouse writhing pain caused by the injection of 0.6% HAC in the abdominal cavity, inhibit the mouse auricular turgescence caused by croton oil, inhibit the proliferative growth of Staphylococcus aureus, colibacillus, proteus, pneumococcus, alpha-hemolytic streptococcus and beta-hemolytic streptococcus and also inhibit the rabbit fervescence caused by the bacterial endotoxin; Conclusion: The cold dispelling wind tablet has the effect of relieving pain, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and subsiding fever.
