摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱外标法测定黄体酮的含量.方法采用ODS柱,以甲醇-水(82.5:17.5,v/v)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为254 nm.结果线性范围为0.1～4 μg,r=1.000,含量测定重复性RSD为0.19%.结论该方法快速简便,结果准确可靠.OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC external standard method for assay of presterone.METHODS ODS column was applied,using methanol-water(82.5∶17.5,v/v)as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS Within the range of 0.1～4 μg,peak area and injection quantity were in linear correlation(r=1.000),and good reproducibility(RSD=0.19%)was obtained for the assay.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
