绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相法测定绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷的含量.方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21:79),检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果柚皮苷在0.108 6～1.304 0 μg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1 484 X+2.4(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.02%,RSD为3.23%.结论方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷的含量测定方法.OBJECTIVE To determine the naringin in fructus ponciri trifoliatae by RP-HPLC method.METHODS The hypersil C_ 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(21∶79);the detection wavelength was 283 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1.RESULTS The calibration curve of naringin was in good linearity over 0.108 6～1.304 0 μg,and the regression equation was Y=1 484 X+2.4(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.02%,and RSD=3.23%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,quick,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and can be used to control the quality.
