摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定阿奇霉素在其分散片中的含量。方法采用phenomenex C18柱(150mm×4．60mm，5μm)；流动相为0．02mol·L^-1磷酸氢二钾溶液-乙腈(30：70)；检测波长为210nm。结果阿奇霉素在1．0～3．0mg·mL^-1浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0．99996)，平均回收率为100．01％，RSD为0．63％。结论方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining azithromycin in its dispersible tablets.METHODS The phenomenex C_ 18 column(150 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol·L -1 disodium hydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(30∶70)at the detection wavelength of 210 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of azithromycin was linear in the range of 1.0～3.0 mg·mL -1(r=0.999 96),and the average recovery was 100.01% with RSD of 0.63%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
