摘 要:对KP竹浆进行了单段氧脱木素、酸处理、螯合预处理及H2O2补充漂白研究。结果表明,未漂竹浆经过单段氧脱木素,其白度从37.0%SBD提高到51.3%SBD,卡伯值从19.0降低到10.1,粘度从1257mL/g降低到1026mL/g。另外进一步研究了在两段氧脱木素中,不同温度和用碱量对第2段氧脱木素的影响。在常规的H2O2补充漂白后,浆白度达到75.2%SBD,粘度为879mL/g,卡伯值为5.7。同时还探讨了用氧加压的H2O2漂白工艺,结果浆的白度为83.6%SBD,粘度为890mL/g,卡伯值为4.2。In this paper, the single stage oxygen delignification, acid pretreatment,chelating pretreatment and H_2O_2 bleaching of kraft bamboo pulp were studied.The results indicated the brightness of the delignified bamboo pulp increased from 37.0%SBD to 51.3%SBD, the kappa number decreased from 19.0 to 10.1, and the viscosity decreased from 1257mL·g(-1) to 1026mL·g(-1) after the single oxygen delignification (NaOH dosage 3.0%, oxygen pressure 0.8 MPa, MgSO_4 dosage 0.2%, temperature 110℃, and time 60 min). In addition, the influence of the dosage of alkali and temperature on the lignin removal in the second stage of two-stage oxygen delignification was studied. The bamboo pulp was further bleached by H_2O_2 (H_2O_2 3.5%, NaOH 1.5%, temperature 70℃, time 80 min, pulp consistency 12%, MgSO_4 0.2%, Na_2SiO_3 3%, (NH_2CN)_20.4%,the brightness, the viscosity and the kappa number of the bleached pulp were 75.2%SBD, 879mL·g(-1) and 5.7 respectively. On the other hand, H_2O_2 bleaching reinforced with oxygen resulted a bleached pulp with brightness, viscosity and kappa number were 83.6%SBD, 890mL·g(-1) and 4.2 respectively.
