摘  要:目的:观察不同浓度的安氟醚对部分血生化指标的作用,探讨该药对肝肾功能的影响.方法:24例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级全麻手术病人随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别吸入1%、2%、3%安氟醚.于吸入安氟醚前(T0)、吸入安氟醚2 h(T1)、4 h(T2)、吸入后24 h(T3)和7 d(T4)取静脉血,测天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血糖(GIu)、总胆固醇(CHOL)和总胆红素(TBIL)、血肌酐(CRE)及尿素氮(BUN)等生化指标.结果:Ⅰ组吸入安氟醚前后各生化指标无明显变化.其他两组吸入安氟醚后AST、ALT、GIu、CHOL、TBILL有不同程度升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),浓度越高升高越显著,7 d后降至正常.3组吸入安氟醚前后CREL和BUN无明显变化.结论:吸入较高浓度安氟醚可使AST、ALT、GIu、CHOL和TBIL不同程度的变化,而CRE及BUN无明显变化.Objective: To study the effects of different concentrtion of enflurane on partial blood biochemical parameters,and to evaluate the influence of this drug on hepatic and renal functions. Methods:Twenty-four ASAⅠ~Ⅱpatients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation were randomly divided into three groups with ten patients in each group:group Ⅰ、groupⅡ and groupⅢ. Enflurane with 1%、2%、3% concentration was inhaled respectively.The vein blood was obtained before inhalation(T 0)、at the second hour(T 1)and the fourth hour(T 2) as enflurane inhalation、the twenty-fourth hour(T 3)and the seventh day(T 4)after enflurane inhalation.The plasma biochemical parameters of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)、alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、glucose (GLu)、total cholesterol(CHOL)total bilirubin (TBIL)、creatinine(CRE)and urea nitrogen(BUN) were determined.Results:In group Ⅰ,these biochemical parameters were not significant difference between before and after enflurane inhalation.However,AST、ALT、GLu、CHOL、TBIL were significantly higher in some degree after than before enflurane inhalation in the other two groups.The higher inhaled enflurane concentrtion,the higher these biochemical parameters increased.These increased biochemical parameters returned to normality in seven days after enflurane inhalation.We observed also CRE and BUNdidn't significantly changed between before and after enflurane inhalation in every group.Conclusions:The high cocentration enflurane inhalation increased the contents of AST、ALT、GLu、CHOL、TBI,wheres this didn't happen on CRE and BUN.
