摘　　要：采用文献资料、调查访问、专家座谈、比较研究等方法,分析了现阶段我国职业体育俱乐部体制存在的问 题,并提出相应的改革措施。即使俱乐部成为政企分开、产权明晰、责权明确、管理科学的符合现代企业制度的真正 意义上的企业。By using literature reviews , investigations , interviews with experts and comparison, the authors try to analyze the main problems existed in the system of professional sports clubs in China at present,and put forward relevant reform measures to make the clubs become genuine corporations where politics and business are separate, property right is clearly divided,power,duty and benefit are distinct,and management is scientific and tallies with the present-day corporation managing systems.
