摘　　要：目的　研究KDJH型多功能空气层流净化杀菌机在手术室中的消毒效果。方法　分别测定该机在手术间内有人、无人状态下(即动、静态条件)对空气的消毒效果。结果　KDJH 型多功能空气层流净化杀菌机在约125m3 的空间中,温度24~27℃,相对湿度为80%~85%时,无人情况下开机1 h(强风)对空气中自然菌的平均消除率为90.1%,消毒处理后空气平均菌落总数为62 3CFU/m3;有人情况下非感染手术过程中控制室内人员流动平均在9.3 人,开机2 h (弱风)室内空气平均菌落总数为167CFU/m3,较紫外线灯消毒效果明显。结论　KDJH型多功能空气层流净化杀菌机用于手术室空气消毒效果明显,按产品说明书的使用方法用于手术间(≤150 m3 )空气的消毒,静态条件下空气菌落总数可达到卫生部Ⅱ类环境空气卫生学标准(≤200 CFU/m3 )的要求;动态条件下非感染手术控制室内人员流动约10 人,术中开机持续弱风亦可保证空气菌落总数在较低水平。OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection effect of KDJH-Type air disinfector. METHODS The disinfection effect in the operating room with or without workers was determined. RESULTS The results showed that in the interspace of 125 m^3, under the conditions of 24-27℃ and 80-85% relative humidity,when workers without in the room,disinfection for 1h (strong wind) could eliminate 90.1% of natural bacteria,with 62.3CFU/m^3 bacteria remaining in air after disinfection.When with 9.3 workers in the room for non-infection operation,after disinfection for 2h(weak wind),the room with 167CFU/m^3 bacteria remaining.The disinfection effect of air disinfector was more than ultraviolet rays lamp. CONCLUSIONS The effect of air disinfection by that air disinfector is distinct in the operating room with or without workers in it.
