摘　　要：世界石油贸易价格频频攀升,因石油而发生的双边间,或多边间的摩擦此起彼伏,牵制着世界和各国的经济发展,影响着世界石油生产和贸易。本文借鉴同行对石油安全问题进行的广泛地讨论,在对世界油气资源状况与生产、消费发展态势分析的基础上,讨论了石油对国家经济安全的影响;比较经济大国战略石油储备制度,对中国油气安全的战略选择提出了建议。The price of petrol has been rising very fast recently in the world with increasing, double and multi side conflicts. This restraints economic development as well as petrol production and trade in the world. This article discusses petrol security based on analysing developing state in production and consumption and its effect on the state economy with comparison of petrol reserve regulations in great - power economies and then suggestions on strategic choices about petrol and nature gas securities in China.
