彩色多普勒血流显像在喉疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨喉疾病超声诊断的临床应用价值，我院应用Ａｃｕｓｏｎ１２８×Ｐ／１０电脑声像仪检查诊断了２０例正常喉腔和３８例喉疾患。结果表明，正常喉结构的超声显像清晰，喉占位性病变的显示率为１００％，超声病理定性与病理诊断的符合率为８２．２％。笔者认为彩色多普勒血流显像有助于早期发现喉占位性病变及提高恶性肿瘤分型、分期的准确性。In order to study the clinical value of color Doppler flow ima8e(CDFI)in diagnosing la-ryngeal diseases,20 normal cases and 38 laryngeal diseased were examined with Acuson 128×P/10 Computed Sonography.The results showed that the ultrasonic images of the normal larynx were clearly discernible.The showing rate of the laryngeal occupying lesions was 100%and the ultrasonic diagnosis rate according to their pathology was 82.2%.It is suggested that CDFI is very useful for early finding laryngeal occuying lesions and can increase the diagnostic accuracy of the malignant tumors.
