摘  要:过氧化物复合消毒剂是由一种电解装置生产合成,采用定量杀菌试验和动物试验,对其消毒效果及毒性进行了试验观察。结果,含过氧化氢600mg/L的过氧化物复合消毒剂,作用5min和10min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率均达到99.9%以上。含过氧化氢2200mg/L的该消毒剂,作用10min,对模拟现场物体表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均消除率为99.93%。有机物对该消毒剂杀菌效果无明显影响;将其储存于54℃14d,过氧化氢含量下降率为9.93%。该消毒剂属于实际无毒,弱蓄积毒性,对动物皮肤无明显刺激性。结论,过氧化物复合消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定,毒性低,刺激性小。The compound disinfectant of peroxide was synthesized and produced by an electrolysis device. Quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe experimentally its disinfection efficacy and toxicity. Results: The average killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the compound disinfectant of peroxide containing hydrogen peroxide 600 mg/L for 5 min and 10 min respectively attained over 99.9%. The average eradicating rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on simulated on-the-spot object surface exposed to the disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 2200 mg/L for 10 min was 99.93%. Organic substance had no significant influence on the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, its hydrogen peroxide content decreased by 9.93%. This disinfectant belongs to practically nontoxic substance with weak cumulative toxicity and has no obvious irritating effect on animal skin. Conclusion: The compound disinfectant of peroxide has good germicidal efficacy, low toxicity and low irritating effect and is stable on storing.
