医用快速灭菌器对骨科器械灭菌效果观察

摘　　要：采用定性杀菌试验方法,检测YN-A型医用快速灭菌器对骨科器械的灭菌效果。结果,当灭菌器腔内温度升至210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃和250℃时,分别对重100、210、320、560g和800g染有枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的骨科器械作用8min均可达到灭菌效果;试验器械重量与达到灭菌所设定的腔内温度呈明显正相关。该医用快速灭菌器由常温升至灭菌所需最高温度(270℃)所需的时间为3min左右。结论,医用快速灭菌器对少量骨科器械在灭菌温度210～250℃维持灭菌8min,可达到灭菌要求。Qualitative germicidal test method was used to examine the efficacy of YN-A-Type Medical Quick Sterilizer in sterilizing the orthopedic instruments. Results: When the temperature of the cavity of the sterilizer rose to 210℃, 220℃,230℃,240℃ and 250℃ and the temperature was kept for 8 min, the orthopedic instruments weighing 100, 210, 320, 560 and 800 g and contaminated by Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in the cavity could be sterilized respectively. The weight of the test instruments and the temperature in the cavity designed for sterilization showed significant positive correlation. The time required for rise of temperature of this Medical Quick Sterilizer from ordinary temperature to the highest temperature (270℃) required for sterilization was about 3 min. Conclusion: The Medical Quick Sterilizer can fulfil sterilization requirement for small quantity of orthopedic instruments at sterilizing temperature 210～250℃ maintained for 8 min.
