摘 要:对电热环加热剪切搅拌、导热油加热剪切搅拌、胶体磨3种方式制备改性沥青的流变等基本性能技术指标进行比较,并利用旋转流变仪比较4种基质沥青制备改性沥青的流变性能及改性前后粘流活化能(ΔE)的变化。The asphalt constitution, physical characteristics and the factors inf luencing its utilization were introduced in this article. Some common asphalt he ating principle such as conductive heat oil, colloid-grinder and elective-heat r ing were used to produce modified bitumen in laboratory. The first mode caused a sphalt aging evidently during the period of shear and stirring.The two latter m odes were recommended to adopt in the construction. The constitution of four or iginal asphalts was analyzed and the properties of different modified asphalt mi xed by grafted SBS were compared. The softening point, ΔE and high temperat ure p roperties all improve to a great degree. Grafted-SBS was identified as an excel lent modification.
