海洛因依赖者血液微量元素测定及分析

摘　　要：本文检测了５７例海洛因依赖者血清锌（Ｚｎ）、铜（Ｃｕ）、铁（Ｆｅ）、钙（Ｃａ）、镁（Ｍｇ）含量。结果表明，海洛因依赖者血液Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｃｕ含量明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。吸毒者微量元素代谢紊乱可能与精神性厌食和蛋白质—能量缺乏综合征及毒品对机体毒性作用有关。The serum Zn, Fe,Cu,C, Mg level in heroin addicts were determined.The results showed that serum Zn, Ca,Cu were grossly lower in heroin addicts than thatin controls(P<0.01 or P<0.001 ),but serum Fe, Mg were apparently higher in them(P<0.01). It was suggested that microelement metabolic disorder in heroin addicts mightbe related to the protein-energy deficiency syndrom, the psychic jaded appetite a nd theheroin toxicity effect on organism.
