摘　　要：通过分析武钢集团汉口轧钢厂Ф114mmCPE机组径向滑块式缩口机的工艺特点,提出了缩口钳孔型的设计方法。经生产验证,该缩口机缩口效果较好,其顶管成材率和作业率均有较大提高。The method for design of the pointing tong is developed on the basis of analysis of the technological characteristics of the radial slide block type pointing machine of the Ф 114 mm CPE pipe mill located at Hankou Steel Rolling Plant, Wugang Group. Relevant operation practice shows that with the said design method, satisfactory pointing operation is ensured so as to get both the yield and availability of the push bench mill considerably enhanced.
