摘　　要：介绍了天津钢管集团有限公司从意大利进口的3台双12.5t、跨距34m桥式电磁吊车的设备构成、运行特点及调试与故障诊断的有关情况。该电磁吊车装配有可编程序控制器及相应的无级调速单元,设有手动、半自动、全自动操作,吊车在装运钢管时在X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向均能实现高精度定位。Described in the article are the three Italy-made 12.5 t, 34m-span bridge type electromagnetic hoists of Tianjin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., covering such aspects as the equipment cofiguration, operation characteristics, adjustment and fault-diagnosis. The hoists are capable of operating with high-accuracy positioning at X, Y and Z axial directions owing to the PLC and the stepless-speed regulating unit as well as the manual, semi-auto and full-auto operation modes.
