摘 要:本研究检测了单次X射线和连续γ射线全身照射后小鼠脾脏抗体形成反应、胸腺细胞氚标胸腺嘧啶( ̄3H-TdR)自发掺入率、脾细胞白介素-2(IL-2)形成和脾脏抑制性T细胞(Ts)功能的变化。结果表明,单次X射线照射75mGy后,免疫小鼠抗体形成反应增强,胸腺细胞自发增殖能力增高,脾细胞IL-2形成增多,而脾脏和胸腺中抑制性T细胞功能未见改变。连续γ射线照射累积65mGy所得结果与单次X射线照射相似。说明低剂量辐射对抗体形成的刺激作用并非由于Ts功能减弱所致,而可能和辅助性T细胞(T_H)的激活及IL-2形成增多有关。C 57BL/6 mice and Kunming mice were whole-body irradiated with single75 mGy X-ray or cumulative 65 mGy γ-ray and immunized with SRBC.The antibodyforming reaction Of splenocytes and a series of related immunological parameters were ana-lyzed 4 and 7 days after irradiation.It was found that after single X-irradiation the anti-body forming reaction of splenocytes was stimulated significantly and IL-2production bysplenocytes was increased markedly.Not much changes in the suppressor T cell activitywere found in both spleen and thymus.The same reaction tendency was found after chro-nic γ-irradiation with cumulation dose of 65 mGy.These data suggested that the stimula-tive effect of antibody formation following low dose irradiation was not caused by prefer-ential deletion of the Ts.The stimulated T_H and augmentation of IL-2 production maylead to an increase of antibody formation.
