呋喃西林霜剂降低冻伤组织血管通透性和减少组织坏死作用的观察

摘　　要：本文用曲利本兰同血浆蛋白相结合，根据这种结合的蛋白质漏入组织中的情况判断血管通透性的大小。从组织中提取曲利本兰，用定量分析的方法在波长６００毫微米处作比色测定，以及观察不同处理的冻伤组织活存面积。实验结果表明：用１％呋喃西林霜剂和它的中药复方霜剂能使冻伤组织的血管通透性明显降低，其患部组织中的平均曲利本兰渗出量分别为１３．８２±２．２１μｇ／ｇ水肿组织与１１．５３±１．３７ｕｇ／ｇ水肿组织，而对照组为２４．４７±１．４５μｇ／ｇ水肿组织。实验处理组与对照组之间的差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），两个处理组之间的差异也显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。不同处理组的冻伤组织活存面积的差异也非常显著。Trypan blue combined with plasma protein was used to indicate thecapillary permeability.The trypan blue in tissues was extracted and determined.The re-sult showed that 1% furacilin cream and its compound cream reduce vascular permeabilityof frostbite.The average amounts of trypan blue at edematous area were respectively13.82±2.21μg/g tissue and 11.53±1.37μg/g tissue in two treated groups,while that ofthe control group was 24.47±1.45μg/g tissue.The differences between the treated andcontrol group are statistically very significance(P<0.001).So were the effects for thetreatment of cold injury.
