摘  要:本文报道,75mGy(12.5mGy/min)单次全身X射线照射后9小时用SRBC免疫C57BL/6小鼠,在免疫后4天和7天脾脏、胸腺和下丘脑cAMP含量均降低,而在免疫后4天脾脏去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和酪氨酸含量均增高,免疫后7天肾上腺素含量仍持续增高,当连续γ射线65mGy(0.015mGy/min,6h/d)全身照射小鼠后即刻或29小时后免疫,脾脏和下丘脑cMP含量也均降低。提示,低剂量照射小鼠,使免疫器官儿茶酚胺释放增加,cAMP代谢降低,可能导致淋巴细胞增殖和免疫功能增强。C57BL/6 mice were immunized with SRBC 9 h after single 75 mGy( 1 2.5 mGy/min )whole-body X-irradiation. The cAMp contents of spleen,thymus and hypo-thalamus decreased 4 and 7 days after immunization,while spleen NE (norepinephrine),E(epinepherine)and Tyr( tyrosine)contents increased 4 days after immunization but Econtent kept increasing 7 days after immunization,C57BL/6 mice were immunized with SRBC after -irradiation with cumulative 65 mGy(0.015mGy/min, 6h/d).The spleen and hypothalamic cAMP contents were also Iowered in mice immunized immediately and 29 h after γ-irradiation.The results suggest hat the increasing release of catecholamineand the decrease of the cAMP metabolism in the immune organs may lead to the splenocyte proliferation and the enhancement of immune function.
