摘 要: 临 13沙二下南块是一个高丰度的层状断块油藏,采用分层系注水开发。在同套开发井网内,受非均质的影响,层间水驱状况不均衡。2002年,在临 13沙二下南块开展了精细油藏描述和细分开发层系工作,效果非常明显,断块含水率下降了 4.6%,采油速度提高了0.41%,采收率提高了 6.3%。实践证明,采用精细油藏描述和细分层系开发的方法,对提高层状断块油藏水驱采收率是行之有效的。The south block of lin13 Es X 2 is a stratified and faulted reservoirs with high reserve abundance During the early production period , the layer series of development was rough,the technology of full zone injection development was applied Due to the influence of the heterogencity, the situation of water driving is non equilibrium in the interlayer at the same well pattern Since 2000, the composite water cut of this block was higher than 90%, and the conflict of the interlayer became aggravated The original stratum of production and well pattern would not adjust to the demand of tapping potential production In 2002, the work of the fine reservoir description and the subdivision development had been done in the south block of Lin13 Es X 2 and achieved a very good result After the work ,the composite water cut was descreased by 4 6% and the rate of oil production was increased by 0 41% and oil recovery efficiency was increased by 6 3% The pratice of subdivision in the south block of lin13 Es X 2 provides useful reference for the development of the same kind
