摘 要:在进行水力加砂压裂前,能否破开地层是压裂施工的关键。目前的井越来越向深层发展,地层破裂压力越来越高,施工难度越来越大,在现有地面施工设备能力下,如何降低破裂压力显得尤为重要。采用酸化技术、高能气体压裂、喷砂射孔、优化射孔参数等压前预处理措施能有效地降低地层本身的破裂压力;优化泵注方式降低沿程摩阻、降低射孔孔眼摩阻及研究低粘度、高密度的压裂液体等措施能间接地降低破裂压力,增加破开地层的机会。Whether the stratum fracturing can be formed is the key point factor in the hydraulic fracturing treatments of oil and gas wells in petroleum and gas industry The hydraulic fracture treatments changes more difficult by the reason of the high formation fracturing pressure when the wells go more deep How to reduce the formation fracturing pressure seem to be particularly importance under existing ability of ground power facility The formation fracturing pressure can be reduced effectively by some pretreatments such as sour treatment, high energy gas fracturing treatments, abrasive water jet perforation and optimized perforation parameters etc It also can be reduced by some indirect measures:decrease the pipeline friction through optimizing inject way, decrease the perforation eyelet friction and using fracture liquid having high density and low viscosity etc which may increase the possible of formation fracturing
