摘　　要：目的:探讨应用B型超声检查药物流产后子宫出血时间过长的患者,判断其流产是否完全。方法:用B型超声对86例药物流产后子宫出血时间过长(超过2周)的患者进行宫腔内检查,直观地显示宫腔内残留组织的状况。结果:经B超检查可以准确地指出宫内残留组织,经行清宫术,刮出物经病理检查确诊。结论:应用B超检查药物流产后异常子宫出血者宫腔内残留组织,方法可靠,也为是否给予清宫手术治疗提供了有利依据。具有重要的临床价值。Objective: To determine whether the abortion is complete by ultrasonic in drug administration patients who experienced too long time uterine bleeding (more than 2 weeks) after the abortion. Methods: To observe 86 patients who experienced uterine bleeding for more than 2 weeks after drug abortion by ultrasonic. examing remaining tissues in uterine caving directly. Results: Ultrasonic manner can exactly point out the remaining tissue in the uterine cavity, and give proper suggestion of the need of curettage, further examination depends on pathologic examination of curettage tissue. Conclusion: Ultrasonic exam is a good manner to observe the remaining tissue in uterine cavity. It can also provide a proper suggestion for further treatment, such as the need of curettage, in long time bleeding patients after drug abortion.
