摘 要:本文以中国钢铁行业为案例研究了寡头垄断行业的价格行为。中国钢铁行业是一个近似的寡头垄断行业。研究结果表明,在类似钢铁行业这样的寡头垄断市场中,价格具有战略意义,企业战略导向定价模式的逻辑起点是准确把握市场大势,同时盯着其他寡头企业的价格行为。基于这种战略导向的定价模式,在寡头垄断的中国钢铁行业存在较明显的价格领导者—跟随者现象。但在信息不对称和市场疲软时,各寡头企业往往会有动机打破一贯的跟随者价格定位,价格行为表现异常。因此,本文最后在上述研究结果的基础上,提出寡头企业间的信息共享机制是推动中国钢铁行业发展的有效策略,而政府、行业协会在营造公平的竞争环境、建立寡头企业之间的合作平台起了重要作用。By the case of China's steel industry (CSI), we have studied in this article the pricing behavior of oligopolistic industries.CSI is akin to an oligopolistic industry. Our study signifies that pricing is of strategic significance in the oligopolistic market similar to that of the steel industry, and that the logical starting point of the strategy-oriented pricing model of the industry is to accurately appreciate and manage the general market situation and at the same time to watch very closely the pricing behavior of other oligopolistic industries. Mainly because of this strategy-oriented pricing pattern, there exists obviously in CSI the phenomenon that the pricing leader is followed by other oligopolistic companies. But when information is asymmetrical and the market is weak, all oligopolistic enterprises may, more often than not, have the motive not to follow the established practice of fixing prices according to the pricing leader, and as a result, abnormal is their pricing behavior. Consequently, at the end of this article, on the foundation of the above mentioned study, we put forward the thesis that the mechanism of common share of information among oligopolistic enterprises is an effective scheme in the goading the growth of CSI, and that the government and the chambers of industry play an important role in the creation of a fair competition environment and in the construction of the stage of cooperation among oligopolistic enterprises.
