摘　　要：目的:建立测定四正丸中橙皮苷含量的 HPLC 法。方法:采用 Diamond C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6mm×150mm),流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(37∶0.5∶63),流速为0.8mL·min^(-1),检测波长为283nm,柱温35℃。结果:橙皮苷在0.52-2.60μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.2%(n=5)。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该药品成分的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Sizheng pills by HPLC.Methods: The HPLC system consisted of SHIMADZU Diamond C_(18) column(5μm,4.6mm×150mm),CH_3OH-HAc-H_2O (37:0.5:63)mixture as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 283 nm,0.8 mL·min^(-1) of flow rate and column temperature at 35℃.Result:The linear range of hesperidin was 0.52-2.60 μg,r=0.9999,the recovery was 99.7%,RSD=2.2%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,the result is accurate,higher sensitivity and the reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the determination of Sizheng pills.
