摘 要:传统的电力系统继电保护计算机辅助计算软件界面单调, 操作繁琐, 且程序的可移植、可重用性差。针对这些问题, 运用组件对象模型(COM)技术, 进行了基于COM技术的图形化继电保护整定计算系统的设计与开发, 采用快速开发工具Delphi和面向对象程序设计思想进行用户界面和图形平台的开发, 界面友好, 图形功能强大, 可以进行电网接线图的自由绘制及其它设置, 计算功能模块采用科学计算语言FORTRAN编写, 并利用Visual C++的强大功能将FORTRAN程序封装为COM组件, 供主程序调用。此法实现了图形化的继电保护整定计算, 界面美观, 操作简单, 同时提供了数据库的支持, 为电力系统继电保护计算机辅助整定计算软件的发展提供了一条新的途径。实际运行表明, 此计算软件能够很好地满足用户的需要, 实现了组件的即插即用, 提高了软件的可维护性和可重用性, 具有良好的使用价值和应用前景。The traditional computer aided power system relay protection setting calculation software package usually has boring interfaces and inconvenient operation procedures, and poor reusability. In this paper, the authors designed and developed a new graphical relay protection setting calculation system based on COM technology to overcome the above mentioned problems. The user interfaces and platform in the new system are developed using a quick development tool Delphi and the Object Oriented Design method; The new system has user-friendly interfaces and powerful graphical functions that can draw the electrical network diagram easily. The calculation function modules are designed with the scientific calculation programing language——FORTRAN, and are packaged into COM components using the powerful Visual C++ and are ready for the main program to use. This method has resulted in the graphical relay protection setting calculation functions, pleasant interfaces, simple operation, and the support of database, and provided a new way for the computer aided setting calculation software. The practical tests have proved that this software package can satisfy users' needs properly, and achieve the plug and play function of components. The new system has greatly improved the maintainability and reusability of software and has a great practical value and a promising application potential.
