摘 要:文章研究了从南方红豆杉的幼叶及幼茎,在MS、B5、N6及SH4种培养基上的诱导愈伤组织的情况,并对愈伤组织的诱导条件进行优化,结果表明以幼叶及幼茎作为外植体在MS培养基上产生愈伤组织的速度较快,7d即有愈伤组织发生,但愈伤组织也容易褐化;而B5和N6培养基愈伤组织机构紧密,褐化少。不同部位外植体诱导愈伤组织有差异,茎、叶容易诱导愈伤组织,根的诱导率差。外植体大小对于愈伤组织影响显著,带有部分叶的茎段不能够形成愈伤组织,带有根的茎段则可以诱导愈伤组织。The callus of Taxus chinensis var induced from the leaves and stems of Taxus which were cultured on MS,B5,N6 and SH mediums was studied,and the induction conditions were optimized. The results show that on the MS medium,the callus grew quickly than others,and it could be seen after 7 days,but the callus browned quickly,and that on B5 and N6,the callus was tight,and small part of callus browned. There were some difference in inducing callus among different part and size of Taxus. The callus could be induced from the stem and leaf easily.
