摘　　要：工程造价的变化规律对实现工程造价的预测具有重要意义。在收集已建工程预算等技术资料的基础上,对工程量与工程造价的相互影响关系进行分析,找出工程量与工程造价的主要影响因素,建立工程造价估算系统,实现对拟建工程造价的预测。The law of fluctuation of the construction cost is important in the realization of its budget. Based on the data of finished constructions, the paper analyzes the relationships between volume of works and engineering budge that influence one another, obtaining the contributory factors, establishing an estimate system and realizing the estimate.
