摘　　要：我国的风险投资发展有许多有利因素,发展潜力巨大。结合中国国情,中国在解决风险资金短缺难题时,必须开辟多渠道拓宽风险资本来源,才能为风险资本投资高技术风险企业开辟“入口”,进而为高技术风险企业直接顺利地融资提供可能的便利渠道。The risk investment has been provided with great development potentials in our country. Combined with the situation of our country, how to settle the shortage of risk capital relies on how to increase the resource of risk capital, thus paving the way for the high-tech industries financing.
