摘　　要：非劳动收入是我国当前收入分配制度中的重要内容。由于人们对非劳动收入至今仍存在各种不同的看法,甚至把它等同于剥削收入,因此,有必要对非劳动收入作进一步分析,对其性质作出科学界定。文章通过分析劳动和生产要素在创造价值中的作用及决定分配的因素,提出了按生产要素分配不是剥削的观点。Unearned income is an important respect in our present income distribution system. People still have different views on the unearned income and even regard it income from exploitation.Therefore, it is surely necessary to further analyse it,and give it a more scientific definition about its nature.This article also analyses its functions of labor and essential factors of production in creating value,and presents the idea that distribution according to essential factors of production is not an exploitation at all.
