摘　　要：文中对KH868型提花横机在使用过程中一些常见故障的原因、解决方法和调试步骤作了详细介绍,包括:浮圈疵点,横条纹疵点,机头中途被卡住或针经常被压弯,织物两端厚薄不匀、长度不等,针床上部分织针松动。This paper introduces in detail the common malfunctions, tackling methods and debugging steps of KH868 Type jacquard flat knitting machine. The common malfunctions include floating thread defect, horizontal stripe, lock of frame head midway or pressed bending of needle, uneven thickness and random length of the two ends of fabric and loose needles of the upper part of the knitting bed.
