摘　　要：目的　为了充分利用和开发蜂胶资源提供科学依据。方法　以蜂胶总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交设计试验法优选蜂胶的提取工艺。结果　乙醇浓度对蜂胶中总黄酮含量有显著影响。结论　蜂胶的最佳提取工艺条件为A2B3C2D3。OBJECTIVE To provide scientific evidence s for the exploitation and sufficient application of propolis. METHOD Orthogonal test was used to optimize the optimum extract process and the content of total flavonoids was chosen as the evaluating index. RESULTS The concentration of ethanol give a notable effect on t he content of total flavonoids in propolis. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction process of propolis is A 2B 3C 2D 3.
