二尖瓣环非平面特性的超声心动图研究及其在二尖瓣脱垂诊断中的意义

摘　　要：本研究应用超声心动图三维重建新技术，再现了１１例正常人二尖瓣环的三维形态，为一非平面的“马鞍”形，并且在心动周期中始终保持了这种状态。为临床二尖瓣脱垂诊断标准的改进提供了形态学基础。Three dimensional shape of mitral annulus was established in 11 normal subjects by a new system of three dimentsional echocardiographic reconstruction.A consistent nonplanarity could be appreciated when the annu-Ius was viewed from the side Some degrees of nonplanarity were present throughout the cardiac cycle .The morpholog-ic fundamental was offered for the improvement of the diagnostic criterion of mitral prolapse.
