彩阶与灰阶超声对冠心病诊断的对比研究

摘　　要：本文对４６例已确诊为冠心病的患者，其中心绞痛２６例，急性心梗１５例，陈旧性心梗５例，作常规二维超声与彩阶超声检查，每例皆作冠脉造影、左室造影并与超声检查相比较。彩阶显像的心内膜面和左室腔之间的界面较清楚，室壁增厚的异常与室壁运动的改变和左室造影的相关性好（二维灰阶ｒ＝０．５５１，彩虹阶ｒ＝０．６８８）。彩阶增加回声强度水平，可能改善了视觉的分辨力和清晰度，提高了诊断的敏感性。Routine two-dimensonal echocardiography(2DE)and B-color imaging were performed in 46 pa-tients with known coronary artery disease,and compared with coronary arteriography and left ventriculography.B-col-or imag ing interface between endocardial border and left ventricular chamber is obviously distinct.The wall thickening abnormalities noted on B-color correlated well with wall motion abnormalities from ventriculography(2DE r=0.551 rainbow imaging r=0.688).B-color increases the number of echo intensity levels that could be visually distinguished and possibly could improve visual clarity and diagnostic,ensitivity.
