摘 要:为探讨脉冲多普勒技术在外周血管血流定量中的准确性、可行性及影响因素,本文以电磁流量计和血泵流率(实际值)为金标准,采用频谱外和中线包络线的VTI或MV计算每分流量(测量值),进行动物和体外模拟脉动及稳流两种血流状态的实验。结果表明:频谱外包络线的测量值明显高于实际值(p<0.01),但两者之间有良好的相关性(p<0.01),如除以校正系数则接近实际值。在相同条件下,变化取样容积和探头频率均对血流定量有影响。我们认为,如注意避免影响血流定量的各因素,脉冲多普勒技术仍能提供较准确血流定量信息。To investigate the accuracy,reliability and affecting factors of quantitative blood flow mea-surement in peripheral vessels by pulsed boppler ultrasourid (US),quantitative blood flow measurements using pulsed Doppler were performed in animal model and in vitro model that generated both steady and pulxatile flow patterns with reference to electromagnetic flow instrument and blood pump.Velocity-time integral or mean ve-locity of out-profile and medium-line of Doppler flow spectrum were used to calculate blood flow rates. Tlie re-sults indicated:Caleulated blood flow that measured out-profile of Doppler flow spectrum was much higlier than the actual blood flow rate(p<0.01),but it correlated very well with actuals( p<0.01).If calculated blood flowrate divided by the correction coefficient,it would be close to the acutals. Under the same condition of ex-periment,change of sample volume and transducer frequency had influence to quantitative blood flow. If we pay attention to avoid the affecting factors,accuracy information of quantitative blood flow is still provided by pulsed boppler US technique.
