摘 要:濮城油田沙三中1~5油藏属于低孔低渗裂缝型油藏,是濮城油田的主力油藏之一,由于层间非均质性强、渗透率级差大,使得油藏层间动用状况差异大,主力油层采出程度高、水淹严重,非主力层水驱动用低,采出程度低,油藏递减大,开发效果变差.从1996年开始了旨在改善剖面、降低对应油井含水的调剖作业,取得了一定效果,但仍存在施工困难、处理半径较小、有效期短等许多不足.为此,针对此油藏调剖存在的难点,研究改进并应用了NAL可控凝胶调剖技术.简述了应用区块的地质特点、存在问题,介绍了该技术的作用机理与室内评价情况,确定出适合的调剖剂配方,并在沙三中1~5油藏整体实施,取得满意效果.l-5zones of the midland third section of shahejie in Pucheng oilfield is less-permeable and fracture layer, It is a major layer of the Pucheng oilfield. At present, it has some pointed characters, such as: big discrepancy of utilizating in interlayer, high recovery percent of layer, big waterflooded area in major layer. Weak layer is contrary, furthermore, high decline-rate made effect of exploitating turn bad. To improving profile and declining watercut, we had succeded in operating of profile control from 1996. but many problem still hadn't been resoluted, so combinating the character of this layer, we studied and applied the technology of profile control using controlled NAL gel. This paper presented layer geologic characteristics and detailed mechanism, lab evoluation of the technology, decided the composition and scale of the gel. Moreover, we got the satisfied effect after entirely appliing in 1-5zones of the midland third section of shahejie in Pucheng oilfield.
