摘 要:在聚合物驱规模不断扩大的过程中,由于聚合物溶液粘度较高,具有一定的携砂能力,使地层的非均质性有进一步加剧的趋势,聚合物溶液沿高渗透层或高渗条带窜流,很快从生产井产出,既造成聚合物在地层内无效循环,又增加了产出液的处理难度。为了解决上述问题,增加聚合物在地层中的滞留时间,提高聚合物的驱油效率,研制筛选出了CTM型调驱剂。文中主要介绍了CTM型调驱剂的室内研究及现场应用。室内及现场试验表明:该调驱剂具有调驱双重功效,可改善聚合物驱过程中的指进现象,具有良好的应用前景。Because polymer has high viscosity and certain proppant-carrying capacity, the heterogeneity of formation may become worse after polymer flooding and make polymer flow through high permeable zone and yield from oil well quickly, which not only cause inefficient cycle of polymer in formation, but also increase the disposal difficulty of output liquid. In order to solve the questions stated above and to enhance the efficiency of polymer flooding, CTM plugging agent was developed in laboratory. This paper mainly deals with the laboratory study and field application of CTM plugging agent. The result of laboratory studies and pilot test indicated that this kind of plugging agent has the duplex function of profile modification and edge-water encroachment. It can improve fingering phenomenon of polymer flooding process, and has favorable application prospect.
