摘 要:针对中原油田高温、高盐、多断块、非均质性强的油藏特点,研究开发了TY-Ⅰ高强度封窜堵漏剂。详细考察了主剂浓度、温度、矿化度、缓凝剂用量对体系性能的影响,评价了体系的流动性及主剂浓度对体系初凝强度和终凝强度影响,得到了适应不同油藏条件的配方(通过调节主剂和添加剂实现)。通过4块人造岩心的封堵实验,封堵率大于99%。简要介绍了该技术在中原油田的应用效果,详细介绍了1口井的封窜情况。The reservoir in Zhongyuan oilfield are characterized by high temperature, high salinity, multi-fault blocks and heterroeneity. To solve the developed problem of these reservoirs,TY-Ⅰ high strength blocking agent was developed. In this paper, the effect of main agent concentration, temperature, salinity and ratarder volume on system's behaviour was researched. The system's flowability and the effect of main agent on initial and final set strength were evaluated. In lab test,four artifical cores was used to test the blocking ratio of this noval blocking agent. Test shows that the blocking ratio reached to 99%. Case histories was also introduced.
