摘  要:针对现代制造企业新的组织形式及其对质量管理系统的要求,提出了以质量规划、质量监控与质量改进三大活动为基础,以产品、指令、资源管理为主线,围绕产品生命周期展开的全面质量管理体系;从软件工程角度,建立了面向产品生命周期的全面质量管理系统(PLCTQMS)的总体构架,着重介绍了可视化过程建模,强调了产品、指令、资源信息及知识的有效集成;并以轴承套圈加工过程建模的应用案例,来说明PLCTQMS 的核心运行.PLCTQMS可满足现代制造企业对质量管理的要求,达到全面质量管理的策划、监控和改进的目的,提升企业的竞争力.The advent of new organizational form in modern manufacturing enterprises, poses a challenge to quality management system. The framework of total quality management system was presented first, in which product lifecycle process was focused, product, order and resource management were decomposed hierarchically, and the three main activities such as quality planning, quality control and quality improvement were implemented. Then from the viewpoint of software engineering, the general system architecture of Product Lifecycle Total Quality Management System (PLCTQMS) was constructed, process visualization modeling was introduced, and effective integration of product, order, resource and knowledge was emphasized. As core module, it showed in detail by the example of machining set ring of bearings how the system runs, how the process model loads the enterprise's product information, quality information, business information and how quality knowledge links itself with others functional modules. It helps internal/external enterprises collaborate and enhance their competitive capacity. PLCTQMS is actually a knowledge-based and browse/server based extendable quality management system, which meets the TQM requirements not only of traditional enterprises but also of modern enterprises.
