摘  要:目的:探讨高压电位对更年期综合征的治疗价值.方法:从社区41~59岁妇女中筛选出更年期综合征患者66人,采用完全随机对照设计,分为治疗组和对照组,每组33人,治疗组接受日本国白寿生科学研究所生产的HES-A30高压电位治疗仪治疗20 d;对照组在相同治疗室接受与治疗组相同条件的无高压电位'治疗'20d.两组患者均口服钙尔奇D-600片剂,1片/d,共20片.结果:治疗组患者在治疗后10 d、治疗后20d及停止治疗后10 d的VAS评分与入组时VAS评分较对照组相应差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗后20d与治疗前比较,治疗组和对照组的促卵泡生长激素(FSH)、肌酐(Cr)、血糖(GLU)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均有统计学意义(P<0.003).结论:作为非激素性治疗手段的高压电位治疗能改善更年期综合征患者的自觉症状,心理治疗对更年期综合征患者有一定作用.Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of high-voltage on menopausal syndrome.Methods:66 women with menopausal syndrome screened from women aged 41~59 years old in the community were divided into treatment group( n =33) and control group( n =33) according to absolute random-control design. Women in treatment group were treated by HES-A30 high-voltage electrostatic therapy instrument made in HAKUJU Japan for 20 days; ones in control group were treated with same condition as that of treatment group in same treatment room without high-voltage for 20 days.All patients were given calcium pill(1 pill per day,for 20 days).Results:There was significant difference in VAS score of patients in treatment group between 10th day and 20th day after treatment and between 10th day after stopping treatment and before treatment ( P <0.001). There were significant differences in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), creatinine (Cr), blood glucose, and alkaline phosphatase (ALT) levels of treatment group and control group before and 20th day after treatment ( P <0.003).Conclusion:High-voltage therapy as non-hormone treatment method could improve the subjective symptoms of patients with menopausal syndrome, psychotherapy could play a certain role in patients with menopausal syndrome.
