摘 要:目的:建立学龄前期儿童超声骨密度正常参考值.方法:选择出生~72月龄深圳出生和/或居住的正常儿童566例为检测对象.0~12月龄(包括整12月龄)每月一组;>12月龄(1岁)≤36个月龄(3岁)以3个月为一组;>36月龄(3岁)≤72月龄(6岁)以6月为一组,共26组.用定量超声骨密度仪(QUS)测定受检者足跟部骨密度(BMD)值,同时测量受检者的身高(cm)、体重(kg).结果:出生~72月龄正常儿童BMD正常参考值(g/cm2):0~1月:0.570±0.074;1~2月:0.549±0.070;2~3月:0.423±0.074;3~4月:0.456±0.093;4~5月:0.454±0.109;5~6月:0.392±0.061;6~7月:0.437±0.051;7~8月:0.455±0.073;8~9月:0.475±0.070;9~10月:0.474±0.077;10~11月:0.481±0.056;11~12月:0.487±0.035;12~15月:0.504±0.076;15~18月:0.499±0.114;18~21月:0.591±0.165;30~33月:0.517±0.135;33~36月:0.500±0.176;36~42月:0.439±0.117;42~48月:0.473±0.172;48~54月:0.445±0.102;54~60月:0.431±0.108;60~66月:0.447±0.077;66~72月:0.439±0.092.结论:0~72月龄男、女童之间BMD无差异(P>0.05).BMD值变化与身高增长速度快与慢有关,体重与BMD相关性好(P<0.05).胎儿期储备、运动、合理喂养对BMD值有影响.Objective:To set up normal reference value of bone mineral density (BMD) in healthy preschool children.Methods:566 healthy children aged 0~72 months born/lived in Shenzhen selected as subjects divided into 26 groups: each month from 0~12 months as one group; every 3 months from 12 to 36 months as one group; every 6 months from 36 to 72 months as one group. The calcaneus BMD values were determined by QUS, and height and weight of subjects were measured.Results:The normal reference value (g/cm 2) of BMD in healthy children aged 0~72 months were 0.570±0.074 from 0 to 1 month, 0.549±0.070 from 1 to 2 month, 0.423±0.074 from 2 to 3 month, 0.456±0.093 from 3 to 4 month, 0.454±0.109 from 4 to 5 month, 0.392±0.061 from 5 to 6 month, 0.437±0.051 from 6 to 7 month, 0.455±0.073 from 7 to 8 month, 0.475±0.070 from 8 to 9 month, 0.474±0.077 from 9 to 10 month, 0.481±0.056 from 10 to 11 month, 0.487±0.035 from 11 to 12 month, 0.504±0.076 from 12 to 15 month, 0.499±0.114 from 15 to 18 month, 0.591±0.165 from 18 to 21 month, 0.517±0.135 from 30 to 33 month, 0.500±0.176 from 33 to 36 month, 0.439±0.117 from 36 to 42 month, 0.473±0.172 from 42 to 48 month, 0.445±0.102 from 48 to 54 month, 0.431±0.108 from 54 to 60 month, 0.447±0.077 from 60 to 66 month and 0.439±0.092 from 66 to 72 month.Conclusion:There were no significant differences in BMD between male and female children from 0~72 months ( P >0.05). The changes of BMD should be related to rate of increases of height and have good correlation with weight ( P <0.05), which could be influenced by accumulation in fetus period, sports and rational nutrition.
