摘  要:在武汉动物园32个样点分层采集土壤样品76个,测定了土壤的基本理化性质及部分样品磷的释放.结果表明:土壤有机质含量总体较高,表层土壤容重多在1.2~1.5 g/cm3范围.多数土壤质地较粘重,孔隙度较大,毛管持水量不高.土壤Olsen-P含量低于10 mg/kg、10~50 mg/kg和90~130mg/kg的层次分别有32个、40个和4个.土壤磷的溶出受土壤速效磷含量、pH等的影响,同时与淋洗液pH、浓度和离子类型有关.这些可为认识城市土壤特征及土壤磷流失和控制提供决策依据.Seventy six soil samples, collected from 32 sites in Wuhan Zoo, were used to investigate the characteristics of soils and phosphorus release by using some solutions. Results indicated: (1) there were distinct differences in pH, organic matter contents, bulk density, texture etc. among the soils examined; (2) total and available P contents changed dramatically in the soils, too; (3) phosphorus release depended on the soil Olsen P contents and soil pH; moreover, the pH, concentration and types of the solutions would affect the amount of P release. These suggest that urban soils are complicated in properties.Therefore, different methods are needed to control the soil erosion and water eutrophication.
