摘　　要：随着电子产品在各个领域被广泛运用,如何保证电子产品可靠性成为所有电子产品设计者、制造者关心的话题。提出了如何从多方面提高电子产品系统可靠性的经验和意见,包括产品设计可靠性,元器件可靠性和安装、调试可靠性等。最后介绍了电子产品的可靠性试验。How to assure the reliability of electronic device is becoming a hot topic which has been put more and more attention by not only designers but also producers with wide application of electronic devices. Some available experience and advices were presented to improve the reliability for the electrical devices including the design reliability, elements and devices reliability, as well as the installation, adjustment, and test. Finally, the reliability testing of electronic devices was given.
