摘  要:为了得到EFP成型性能与药型罩壁厚之间的关系,进行了不同药型罩壁厚的EFP侵彻钢靶板实爆试验。通过网靶测速、EFP对40 mm钢靶板的破孔深度和大小试验,获得了大量EFP速度、破孔深度和大小等数据。试验结果表明:药型罩壁厚对EFP速度和侵彻能力的影响很大,在适当的壁厚条件下EFP能穿透40mm钢靶板。在试验数据分析基础上,得到了药型罩壁厚与EFP的速度和侵彻深度之间的关系和σ/DkThe relations between liner thickness and EFP forming character was presented by some experiments about EFP with different liner thickness penetrating steel bar. The velocity of EFP was determined by analyzing the penetration depth in steel bar. Experimental results show that different liner thickness leads to different EFP velocity and penetration depth, and the maximum penetration can be up to 40mm. Finally, the relationship between penetration depth of steel target and the liner thickness of EFP was approved, and the appropriate ratio of liner thickness to diameter was obtained.
