中药材夏枯草质量标准的初步研究

摘　　要：目的建立和完善中药材夏枯草的质量标准体系,为新版《中国药典》提供可参考的数据资料。方法按2 0 0 0版《中国药典》附录IXH水分测定法第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法、附录XA浸出物测定法对中药材夏枯草的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物等质量方面进行了较为全面和系统的研究。结果1 4个夏枯草测试样品中水分含量为1 0 .5 9%～7.3 2 % ,平均值为9.3 8% ;总灰分为1 1 .0 49%～7.444 % ,平均值为9.0 99%。酸不溶性灰分含量为1 .5 1 9%～0 .41 5 % ,平均值为0 .848% ;冷浸法水溶性浸出物量为1 8.769%～9.0 2 2 % ,平均值为1 3 .0 3 3 % ;热浸法水溶性浸出物量为2 1 .1 78%～1 0 .0 5 5 % ,平均值为1 5 .41 0 % ;70 %乙醇浸出物量为1 8.1 2 7%～1 0 .2 74% ,平均值为1 2 .83 3 %。结论在建立和完善中药材夏枯草的质量标准体系时中药材夏枯草的含水量以不得超过1 0 .0 0 % ,总灰分不得高于1 2 .0 0 % ,酸不溶性灰分不得高于1 .60 % ,冷浸法水溶性浸出物不得低于9.0 0 % ,热浸法水溶性浸出物不得低于1 0 .0 0 % ,70 %乙醇浸出物量不得低于1 0 .0 0Objective To establish and perfect the quality standard system of Spica Prunellae and to provide the reference datas to the new Chinese Pharmacopeoia. Method Edematous amaenorrhea, total ashes,acid endurable ashes,water soluble extracts and erhanol soluble extracts of the 14 Spica Punellae samples were investigated with the first edematous amanorrhea determination method in Appendix IXH, ashes determination method in Appendix IXK and extract determination method in Appendix XA in Chinese Pharmacopeoia published in 2000.Results The edematous amaenorrhea were 10.59%～7.32%,with an anavenage value of 9.38%; the total ashes were 11.049%～7.444%, with an average volue of 9.099%; the acid endurable ashes were 1.519%～0.415%,with an average value of 0.848%; the water soluble extracts in cold water were 18.769%～9.022%, with an average value of 13.033%; the water soluble extracts in hot water were 21.178%～10.055%, with an average value of 15.410%;the eranol soluble extracts in 70% ether were 18.27%～10.274%,with an average value of 12.833%. Conclusions It is suggested that edematous amaenorrhea should not be higher than 10.00%,total ashes should not be higher than 12.00%,acid endurable ashes should not be higher than 1.60%,water soluble extracts in cold water should not be lower than 9.00%, water soluble exfracts in hot water should not be lower than 10.00% and erhanol soluble extracts in 70% ether should not be lower than 10.00% concerning the establishment and perfection of Spica Piaunelbe quality standard system.
