摘 要:在流化床上对3种典型贝壳———扇贝、海螺、毛蚶以及一种石灰石进行煅烧脱硫试验研究, 并利用压汞仪测定试验样品的微观孔隙结构, 通过最可几孔径、孔隙率、比表面积等3个结构特征参数对微观结构进行定量分析; 另外, 还对试验样品的化学成分进行了分析. 研究结果表明, 与石灰石相比, 3种贝壳的微观结构更有利于流化床脱硫反应; 同样的试验条件下, 3种贝壳的脱硫效率和钙利用率均高于选定的石灰石.Three kinds of typical shells, such as scallop, whelk, bloody clam, as well as one kind of limestone were chosen to perform desulfurization and calcination experiments on the fluidized bed platform.The microstructures of the tested samples were mensurated by means of one mercury porosimeter.The microstructure characteristic was studied through quantitative analysis of optimum pore diameter, porosity, specific surface area, and so on.Additionally, the chemical composition of the tested samples was analyzed.The results show that the microstructures of the shells are more beneficial to fluidized bed desulfurization reaction than that of limestone; at the same experimental conditions, the desulfurization efficiency and Calcium utilization ratio are both higher than those of the chosen limestone.
