摘　　要：认真学习邓小平关于人权问题的一系列重要论述,可以看到有一个十分鲜明的思想贯穿其始终,即发展和保障人权,必须牢牢把握和始终坚持一系列重要的前提和基础,只有这样,才能把我国的社会主义人权事业不断推向前进,否则,我国的社会主义人权事业就不能顺利向前发展,甚至会遭受重大挫折。Study hard that a series of importance concerning human rights problem in Deng Xiaoping discusses,can see to have a next cent the fresh and clear country wants to pierce through its always ,then development with guarantee human rights,must prison confidence with insists always a series of and important premise with foundation,only have like this,socialism human rights business that then can pushes our country makes headway continuously.Otherwise,socialism human rights business of the country can't be smooth to develop forward,even will suffer the important frustrate.
