摘　　要：目的:通过观察麻黄汤不同配伍解热药效,研究其配伍规律。方法:使用灭活细菌悬液造成大鼠发热模型,比较各配伍平均最大体温反应高度(ΔT)。结果:降低发热大鼠的ΔT值,麻黄、桂枝、甘草有作用。结论:在麻黄汤解热药效中,其最佳组合为麻黄、桂枝、杏仁、甘草。Objective: The composition principle of Mahuangtang wa s investigated by antipyretic experiment. Method: To compare avera ge top temperature response height(ΔT) of different compounds of Mahuangtang, t he feverish rat model was prepared by giving inactivated bacteria suspension. Result:Ephedrae, Cassia and Uralensis have effects on the drop in △ T. Conclusion: The optimal compatibility of Mahuangtang is the com pound of Herb Ephedrae ,Cassia,Almond and Uralensis.
