摘　　要：目的:改良疏松结组织撕片制作方法。方法:大鼠腹腔注射苔盼蓝两次,麻醉状态取皮下疏松结缔组织,用醛复红一亮绿-橘黄G复合染色。结果:用这种方法制成的疏松结缔组织撕片,在镜下能清楚区分胶原纤维、弹性纤维、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、成纤维细胞。结论:此种染色方法经反复操作证明具有特异性强,对比清晰,结果稳定等特点。Objective: To improve the method of making spreading s ec tion of the loose connective tissue. Methods: Trypan blue was intr aperitoneally injected twice in rats. The subcutaneous loose connective tissue was removed in anesthetic state and dyed with aldehyde-fuchsin - light green-ora nge G. Result: We can recognize the differences among the collag enous fiber, elastic fiber, macrophage, mast cell and fibroblast by the method. Conclusion: The straining method shows a strong specificity, clea r contrast, and stable result by repeated operation, and it is suitable for the preparation of teaching samples in great numbers.
