摘 要:目的:建立阿昔洛韦血药浓度测定方法,用于阿昔洛韦缓释片血药浓度研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。分析柱为C1 8柱,流动相为2 %乙腈水溶液(p H3) ,检测波长2 5 4 nm。结果:样品组分在0 .0 5~1.0μg·ml- 1 线性良好(0 .9997) ,最低血浆药物检测浓度为0 .0 1μg·ml- 1。回收率为92 .36 %~99.2 1% ,日内及日间RSD<10 %。结论:本法简便、迅速、灵敏、准确,适合于临床药学研究需要。Objective: To develop a precise, simple and convenient method fo r the determination of Acyclovir concentration in human plasma. Methods: HPLC system was used, with C 18 as the analytical column and acetonitrile water solution (2%) as the analytical mobile phase, and 254nm as the detection wave-length. Results: The linear range of plasma Acyclovir was 0.05~1 .0μg·ml -1 (0.9997). The detection limit was 0.01μg·ml -1. The rec overy was 92.36%~99.21%, and the variation of inter-day and intra-day RSD was less than 10%. Conclusion: The method is simple, precise, sensitiv e and can be applied conveniently in studies of clinical pharmacy.
